Acrifix 192 Acrylic Adhesive

ACRIFIX® 1R 0192 – 100 g

Clear, light-curing polymerisation adhesive for acrylic (PMMA). Suitable for cast (GS) and extruded (XT) acrylic, provided material combinations and preparation follow Röhm's processing instructions.

Application

This gap-filling adhesive is intended for suitable bonded joints. It is not a thin capillary adhesive that automatically flows through every close-fitting joint. Keep parts clean and properly fitted, and provide sufficient light at the joint. Cure and final strength depend on light, adhesive thickness and conditions.

Laser cutting and other processes can introduce stress into PMMA. Before bonding, check whether stress-relief annealing is needed, especially for XT. Test the combination on an offcut first.
